Tim Mott
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Tim Mott serves as All Covered's Chief Executive Officer overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. Mr. Mott joined the All Covered board in January of 1999, and was elected Chairman in June of 2000.

Previously, he was a co-founder, SVP and a director of Electronic Arts. Additionally, he co-founded and held the positions of CEO and Chairman of Macromedia, and he co-founded and was Chairman of Audible.


Todd Croteau
Vice President of Consulting Services

Todd Croteau is responsible for All Covered's Field Operations, overseeing 19 offices throughout the United States. Todd joined All Covered in March 2000, when the consulting firm where he was a partner, merged with All Covered. He has held numerous field and corporate positions and was most recently Vice President and General Manager of the Eastern Region.

Mr. Croteau has 15 years of experience in the high technology sector. Prior to All Covered, Mr. Croteau was Marketing Support Assistant for IBM, Project Engineer for HDR Engineering and Director of Client Relations and Managing Partner at EKW Technologies. Mr. Croteau holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MS from Northeastern University. He also is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts.

Pablo Grodnitzky
Vice President of Sales

Pablo Grodnitzky joined All Covered in February 2008 and leads All Covered’s sales team. Mr. Grodnitzky has more than 20 years experience in executive management, sales and marketing. Previously he was VP of Worldwide Sales at PacketHop, a provider of wireless mesh networking technology and platforms. He held senior sales management positions at PacketHop, I-S-Cubed and Nuance Corp. He has developed and led highly successful sales teams in the managed hosting service, security and speech recognition industries.

Mr. Grodnitzky holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Charlene Laughlin

Vice President of Human Resources

Charlene Laughlin joined All Covered in March 2007 to lead the Human Resources function. Ms. Laughlin has 15 years of experience managing human resources, with a majority in the professional services industry. She was most recently the founder of HRamp + compenomics, a Silicon Valley-based human resource and compensation consulting firm. Prior to that, she was an HR Director at BearingPoint, Inc. Ms. Laughlin holds a Masters Degree in HR Management & Development from Chapman University as well as CCP and SPHR certifications. 

Ms. Laughlin is not related to Kevin Laughlin, Chief Financial Officer.

Kevin Laughlin
Chief Financial Officer

Kevin serves as All Covered's Chief Financial Officer. He joined All Covered in November 2002 in this capacity and was promoted to Executive Vice President in August 2003.

Mr. Laughlin brings to the company twenty years of experience in the areas of corporate strategy and financial management. He previously held positions include Chief Financial Officer at International Network Services, a publicly held provider of network consulting and network management software; Controller at Electronics for Imaging, Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of printer controllers; Accounting Manager at Oracle Corporation and various audit positions at Ernst & Young. Mr. Laughlin holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Laughlin is not related to Charlene Laughlin, Vice President of Human Resources.

Nick Pegley
Vice President of Marketing

Nick Pegley joined All Covered in April 2006 and leads its marketing functions. Mr. Pegley has more than 20 years of experience in the technology business and has a special focus on small business markets. He was most recently the founder of smbINFO Inc., an information services business focused on the technology needs of small companies.

Prior to this, Mr. Pegley held various positions at Nortel Networks including VP of Small Business Marketing, General Manager of Local Premise Solutions and VP of Channel Marketing. He was also VP of Channel Marketing at Bay Networks. Earlier in his career he held a variety of marketing and management positions in reseller and consulting companies in Europe. Mr. Pegley holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UK, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Frank Picarello
Vice President of Strategic Business Ventures

Frank Picarello joined All Covered in 2004 and was most recently the Founder and President of Cadence Business Consulting, an IT services firm specializing in client retention and business growth strategies.

Mr. Picarello brings over 20 years of service leadership experience including strategy, market and business development, and operations. Prior to founding Cadence Business Consulting, Mr. Picarello was Nortel Networks' VP of Enterprise Professional Services for North America, Group Vice President for MicroAge Technologies Services, and also held several executive positions at IBM Global Services including General Manager for their enterprise services business in North America. Mr. Picarello holds an EET degree from DeVry University and has completed advanced studies at Pace University.

Patrick Sullivan
Chief Information Officer

Patrick Sullivan serves as All Covered's CIO and is responsible for the delivery and support of the company's suite of managed services and the IT infrastructure and systems. Mr. Sullivan has delivered business-driven technology solutions to growing companies for more than 18 years. Most recently, as CTO of Xpherix, Mr. Sullivan headed the company's global operations, including product development, engineering, quality assurance, internal applications and infrastructure. Prior to Xpherix, Mr. Sullivan served as CIO at Sigma Networks and Securities America. Prior to that he built the IS department for MFS Datanet and led systems implementations at Fujitsu America and Franklin Resources.

Mr. Sullivan holds a BA in Sociology from San Jose State University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

John Drew
General Partner, Technology Crossover Ventures

John Drew joined TCV as a General Partner in January, 2002. He primarily focuses on companies in the Telecom, Wireless and Storage sectors. John has 20 years of operational, financial and technical experience, including leadership positions at several global high-tech companies. Prior to joining TCV, John served as President and Chief Executive Officer of International Network Services (INS). In November 1999, he negotiated and closed Lucent's $3.7 billion acquisition of INS. As CEO of NetworkCare Professional Services and Officer of Lucent Technologies, John led and managed the INS/Lucent company integration following the merger. During his nearly seven-year term, he grew the company's revenues from $7 million to $440 million and increased its employee base from 56 to 2,300, establishing INS as the largest and fastest growing network consulting company in the world.

Prior to joining INS, John was Vice President and General Manager at Unisys Corporation. Throughout his ten-year career at Unisys, he held various positions in general management, finance, marketing and sales and was instrumental in creating one of the largest network integration businesses in North America. John began his business career as a sales consultant for CF Software Corporation after serving as a Captain in the United States Army. John holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a M.S. degree in Business Policy from Columbia University. John is currently serving as a director of the Los Altos Education Foundation Endowment Board and is co-founder of the McDrew Charity Tennis Classic.

Bob Todd
Managing Partner, Red Rock Ventures

Bob Todd joined All Covered's board in July of 1999. Mr. Todd is a managing partner of Red Rock Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm focused on business-to-business e-commerce and Internet software. Red Rock, founded in 1997 and located in Palo Alto, California, has $130 million under management.

In his 20 years of entrepreneurial experience with technology companies, Mr. Todd has founded, funded or directed several startups, two of which are now public companies with combined annual sales in excess of $2 billion. His operating experience includes 10 years as a founder and CEO of Flextronics and five years as the CEO of CAS, Inc.
