IT Services Partner Expands Client Base and Consultant Skills in Tri-State Area

(Redwood City, CA) March 18, 2008: All Covered — the only nationwide information technology (IT) services partner focused on enabling the success of small businesses — today announced that it has acquired Octopus Networking, Inc. of New York.

Octopus has been servicing New York City companies and specifically the fashion, media and entertainment industries since 2001 by providing on-demand business services. These companies can have access to the same technologies utilized by mature businesses such as Microsoft Exchange Server, RIM Blackberry, Cisco’s VoIP telephone platform and more.

This acquisition adds to All Covered’s rapidly growing Tri-State office located in Manhattan, which serves New York City, Northern New Jersey and Connecticut. The Octopus clients join over 3,000 All Covered clients located in 18 major metropolitan markets nationwide, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Orange County, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, St. Louis and Washington D.C.
